Defeat Bangladesh in the Second T20 Too, Pakistan's Decisive Lead in the Series

In the second Twenty20 encounter, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 8 wickets to take a 2-0 series lead.

Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat in the match at Mirpur's Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium. The team was then taken over by Najam Hussain Shanto and Afif Hussain, who raised the score to 51. Shadab Khan bowled wicketkeeper Muhammad Rizwan to conclude Afif's innings, and he returned to the pavilion after reaching 20 runs.

In the allotted overs, Bangladesh scored 108 runs for the cost of seven wickets. With 40 runs, Najam Hussain Shanto was Bangladesh's leading scorer, and he exited the field after catching Shadab's ball. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shadab Khan each took two wickets for Pakistan, while Mohammad Wasim, Haris Rauf, and Mohammad Nawaz each took one wicket.

Pakistan lost the first wicket for a total of 12 runs in pursuit of the objective, and skipper Babar Azam was bowled for a run. Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhr Zaman batted well, laying the path for Pakistan's triumph and putting on a remarkable 85-run stand. Fakhar Zaman stayed undefeated with 57 runs off 51 balls, while Mohammad Rizwan hit 39 runs with four fours.

Pakistan took two wickets in the 19th over to reach their goal. Bangladesh's Mustafizur Rehman and Aminul Islam both took one wicket. It should be remembered that after a dramatic encounter, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 4 wickets in the opening T20 match.
