Asad's request to Maulana Tariq Jameel to resolve disputes with Veena

Model, host, and actress Veena Malik's ex-husband Asad Bashir Khattak has requested Maulana Tariq Jameel to play a role in resolving their disputes.

Veena Malik and Asad Bashir Khattak have been engaged in a legal battle for slandering each other, including the handover of children and ownership of dowry, for the past five years, and both have filed petitions against each other in various courts in Karachi, the capital of Sindh province.

The two divorced in 2017, after which a legal battle over the children's custody began.

The case related to the extradition of the children between them is still being heard in the Family Court of Karachi. At the same time, Asad Bashir Khattak filed an application in the Sindh High Court for not meeting the children, on which the court allowed Veena Malik to meet the children's father. 

Almost four years later, on November 16, Asad Bashir Khattak met the children in the Sindh High Court, on which he became emotional.

On the court order, Veena Malik had reached the court with the children, and while answering the journalists' questions after the hearing, she rejected the impression that she was not allowing the children to meet their father.

Refraining from talking more about the children and her divorce, she admitted that she is also a normal human; she has made some mistakes in life.

After meeting the children, Asad Bashir Khattak told reporters that he met the children for the first time after almost 4 years, and he could not express the joy of adopting the daughter.

They said that the children were not visiting them, due to which they approached the court.

In response to a question, he clarified that marrying Veena Malik was not his fault.

He said that the issue of divorce from Veena Malik is a life problem, like other life problems.

In response to another question, he revealed that he has been trying to contact Maulana Tariq Jameel for the past three years to play a role in the extradition of his children, but he could not get in touch with Maulana Sahib.

He requested Maulana Tariq Jameel through the media to play a role in resolving the dispute between him and Veena Malik.

It should be noted that Veena Malik married Asad Bashir Khattak in 2014 in the state of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), then she lived there for a few years.

The two have a son and a daughter who currently live in Pakistan with Veena Malik, and two years ago, Asad Bashir Khattak accused them of abducting children from Dubai.

The marriage of both lasted only for three years, but after the divorce, the legal battle between the two has been going on for the past five years to resolve other issues, including the custody of the children.
