Amna Ilyas Faces Criticism Over 'Body Shaming' Video

Pakistani model and actress Amna Ilyas is currently criticizing the promotion of bleaching creams and recently she shared a video on Body Shaming (mocking or criticizing body shape).
In a video released on Instagram yesterday, Amna Ilyas had released a video against body shaming but she herself faced criticism over an old video. He wrote in the caption that it all starts at home, this old script to make fun of color and obesity has been passed down from one generation to another and we must not pass it on.
In this video made in different ways, Amna Ilyas says that color and body-shaming is not a joke, it is a disease. After which, in the video, a woman is seen telling Amna Ilyas that she has come to meet 'Kala, Mota Sa Tumhara Dost'. Amna Ilyas has been criticized in the past for making a video message against body shaming.
Users criticized Amna Ilyas in the comments in the past, citing a statement about model Aaminah Haq. An old video clip of Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) talk show is also circulating on social media in which model Amna Ilyas and Sadaf Kanwal are seen playing a game to name celebrities. The video shows that when asked about former Pakistani supermodel Aaminah Haq, Amna Ilyas pointed out that she has gained a surprising amount of weight.
At the same time, Amna Ilyas and Sadaf Kanwal were seen in the video expressing happiness after this comment. After the video went viral recently, model Aaminah Haq reacted to Amna Ilyas' statement. Aaminah Haq wrote in her Instagram story that some people tagged me in something in which a model/actress talked about me.
She said that the truth should be told, if this body-shaming about me brings happiness in someone's life, then come. Aaminah Haq added that unhappy people are attracted to hatred instead of kindness and compassion. Later, another video was released by Amna Ilyas in which she said that what kind of hypocrisy are people talking about?
She said, "What are you talking about, fat?" Who said That's not me."
