In view of the Coronavirus epidemic, the shooting of films and dramas in Pakistan has been canceled and the screening of new films has also been stopped.
For the first time in the history of the country, a unique virtual fashion show was organized. Leading fashion designer Fareeha Altaf in collaboration with other organizations and individuals launched a three-day fashion show called Catwalk Cares from June 5.
The three-day fashion show showcased the products of major fashion brands and designers, while on the second day of the fashion show on June 6, last May, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane crashed in May. A tribute was also paid to model Zara Abid. While paying tribute to Zara Abid, her memorable photos were shown and the video also shows the reactions of celebrities on her death.
On the first day of the fashion show, the outfits of Khadi, Maheen Karim, Amir Adnan, Nida Azwer, Huma Adnan, and Shamaeel Ansari were presented. On the second day of the virtual fashion show, the clothes of Generation, Sania Maskatiya, Ali Zeeshan, Ismail Farid, Hussain Rehar, and Asim Jofa were displayed.
A tribute was also paid to Zara Abid on the second day of the fashion show. On the last day of the fashion show, the outfits of Nomi Ansari, Sana Safinaz, Sonya Battla, Omar Farooq, Faraz Manan, and Shehla Chatoor were presented.
On the last day of the fashion show, tributes were also paid to the doctors and medical staff volunteers who lost their lives to the coronavirus, while the true heroes of the plague were also remembered.
